Film ini bercerita tentang Dito yang diperankan oleh Keanu sebagai seorang agen rahasia di sebuah lembaga yang bernama Pusat Agen Nasional atau yang disingkat dengan nama PUANAS.
He is a secret agent who goes to the field, unfortunately, his mission to uncover criminal cases often fails, and eventually he is recalled and returns to be a desk secret agent.

One thing I emphasized while enjoying this film is the issue raised, namely online gambling and online loans, which have become one of the main enemies of all parties.
Recently, PPATK recorded online gambling transactions reaching Rp900 trillion in 2024. The irony is that as many as 80,000 children are also involved in this issue. Hundreds of cases have been uncovered, thousands of suspects have been arrested, yet strangely, cases continue to spread. How is this possible?
Is it possible that there are other Iqbals and Jessicas out there who are ready to provide full protection by utilizing their influence in operating the title?
This reality is conveyed to the big screen so smoothly. A number of children appear to be playing with their phones, with the screens showing online gambling. As if this activity is a common thing to do.
Honestly, up to now, I have been following the government's efforts to combat poverty. However, I don't know anything about it, and I'm not interested in knowing what it looks like. I also hope that no one from my family has to deal with this cursed activity.
But I am fully aware, we can hope, but the decision to live again ultimately belongs to the individual themselves. And this decision is beyond our control, despite our feelings of care.
In the movie Agen +62, when returning home at night, Dito finds his father playing online gambling, which is the mission he is fighting against.
This scene offers a bit of high intensity; a son and his father caught gambling; two opposing perspectives, the father feeling superior and not wanting to be controlled by his son, or the son wanting his father to realize his situation and be willing to compromise in living this rather bleak life. I imagine, perhaps this scene will end with a fight.
However, that's not the point. If at that time I was in Dito's position, watching my father busy with his phone with the title screen on the display, I might have ignored it. I might have just passed by because I thought my father was playing a regular game.
A bit shocked, I felt like waking up. It turned out that my indifference towards the title made me not want to know anything at all, including how it looked. It could be a boomerang as well.
How can I reprimand if I don't know what the 'face' of the mistake itself is?
The question is, perhaps this disinterest— which I also feel occurs among many people — is a form of apathy towards this issue?
I started wondering myself, maybe this is one of the problems; the ignorance of adults in a household while technology is rampant among children and teenagers.
When their environment introduces online gambling to the child and teenagers, they enjoy the excitement and temporary victories. Unfortunately, there is no adult, even from the closest environment, who corrects this ignorance.
Then what if the perpetrator is an adult?
There's no need for us to discuss it! I strongly believe they did it with full awareness. Trying their luck by accepting the risk of repeated losses. Whatever the stakes. Like Dito's father.
I did not intend to become a secret agent who wants to save many people trapped in this issue, just like Dito and Martha. Unfortunately, this problem can happen to anyone at any time.
And I think, every person in a household should be equipped with an understanding, starting from screening family members' activities on their phones, to how to change active habits on the phone, shifting towards other activities that are much more beneficial.
Nevertheless, close people are one of the most effective approaches to make a family member realize the mistake they have made.
This is no small matter. First, the bet is 10,000, then 1,000,000 a few days later, and next month, it could be a house certificate. It cannot just be a government issue. Everyone's concern is needed, especially the protection among family members.
Fresh comedy
Although the issues raised are quite serious, the film is presented in a fresh comedy that will make you laugh throughout the film.
Spoiler alert again, Dito's attempt to conquer Jessica was not with punches, weapons, or other dangerous things, but with a quick "prijat kretek," one of the traditional Indonesian massages from Java, which eventually made the studio full of laughter from the audience.
This laughter was also accompanied by loud applause. The climax scene, which could have been closed with a Hollywood-style shooting, instead incorporated traditional Javanese elements to suppress crime. An unexpected, unique move, which can actually become a weapon if you know how to use it.
If I have to make a conclusion, it feels like the movie Agen +62 is a tribute from the people +62 to the people +62 themselves.
