Best for you, LUWU - Fiko Adyaksa (22) and Sultan Airlangga (24), two brothers from Bajo District, are recorded as the youngest congregants from Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi.
Both of them departed to the Holy Land of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, together with their biological mother.
Fiko and Sultan are part of Group 16 from Makassar Embarkation, along with pilgrims from Pangkep Regency.

They returned to their hometown on Monday (6/23/2025).
Fiko and Sultan's return was warmly welcomed by 270 other groups of pilgrims at the Bupati Luwu Residence in Belopa Utara District.

Fiko and Sultan appeared in harmony wearing white robes and white turbans.
"Long Islamic dress and white turban were bought from Saudi Arabia. I just changed clothes in Siwa, Wajo," said Sultan.
They say this hajj departure has been prepared since 2012.
"Back then, I signed up, I think it was 2012. I was registered by my parents," he continued.
Fiko admitted being amazed during his time in Saudi Arabia.
Moreover, she could experience the spiritual event together with her mother and older sister.
"Experience during my time in Makkah was extraordinary, being called as a guest of Allah SWT. However, for rituals like the pillars of Hajj, we are guided by Hajj officers," he said.
During his time in Mecca, Fiko took the opportunity to share his valuable moments on social media.
"Always post, always keep in touch as well. Alhamdulillah, it's responded positively by my friends. Many people also ask for prayers," she said.
Although they have performed Hajj, Fiko and Sultan do not mind the greeting "Haji" from people around them.
"After returning from Hajj, one does not demand to be called 'Haji'. It's up to friends whether they call me or not," he added.
Fiko, Youngest Congregation
At the age of 22, Fiko Adyaksa has embarked on a spiritual journey that is the dream of many Muslims. He became the youngest congregant from Luwu Regency this year.
He himself went on pilgrimage together with his mother and sister, Sultan Airlangga.
This journey began when her family registered for hajj in 2012.
Since childhood, Fiko has been accustomed to a simple life and hard work. He is known to be quiet and rarely socializes outside the house.
His free time is mostly spent helping the family business.
Since the age of 16, Fiko has been actively selling in his parents' gold shop at Pasar Bajo.
The store is open every market day, which are Tuesday and Saturday.
After completing his education at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu, Fiko chose not to continue with college.
She decided to fully help her parents as an act of filial piety.
Before departing, Fiko actively participates in the hajj rehearsal.
She is able to understand the pillars and prayers that must be practiced.
"Right now, I'm still memorizing the pillars and the prayers, Auntie," he said enthusiastically.
The lesson from the manasik greatly helps in preparing for the worship.
From the rituals of pilgrimage to the prohibitions during the state of ihram, he studied them seriously.
With a sincere intention, Fiko is ready to answer the sacred call to the Holy Mosque.
It is known that Luwu is a region with the fastest hajj waiting time in South Sulawesi.
This year, Makassar Embarkation recorded 15,856 hajj pilgrims from 41 groups, some of whom are young people under the age of 25.
According to the Head of the Hajj and Umrah Services Division (PHU) of the South Sulawesi Ministry of Religion, Ikbal Ismail, this phenomenon arises from the collective awareness of the community about the long hajj queue.
With waiting times that can reach 30 years, many parents enroll their children at an early age.
Data from satudata.kemenag.go.id records that the Hajj candidates (JCH) from South Sulawesi under the age of 20 reached 5,145 people.
Although the majority of pilgrims are generally those aged 40 and above, the presence of young pilgrims brings a fresh breeze for the implementation of the pilgrimage in the future.
