Odivan has already arrived at Arema's training session at Brawijaya University Field, Dau, Malang Regency, on Monday (6/30/2025) afternoon. In fact, Odivan had already arrived in Malang three days ago.

Before joining Arema, Odivan Koerich played for the Brazilian Serie C club Clube Nautico Capibaribe. It is the same club as the last team coached by Marcos Santos, who now manages Arema.
Odivan is recorded as starting his career at the club Juventude at the age of 20, and has always played in the Brazilian League. The player then moved to Operario in the 2020-2021 season, then to Parana in the 2022 season, and finally to Nautico since the 2023 season.
In his last club, during two seasons, Odivan made 33 appearances in 2,203 minutes across nine competitions participated in by the club. Interestingly, throughout his career at the club, Odivan only received five yellow cards without any red cards.
