Their cooperation was formalized in a MoU signed by Trihatma Kusuma Haliman, Founder of Agung Podomoro Group, and Haruhiko Washimi, Managing Executive Officer of Investment & Development from Shimizu Corporation, in the Podomoro Park residential area in Bandung.
Through this understanding, both parties will carry out a strategic collaboration to optimize the still wide-open business opportunities in the property sector in various regions across Indonesia.

APLN's President Director, Bacelius Ruru, added that in the initial stage, the collaboration between APLN and Shimizu Corporation Indonesia will start at the Podomoro Park Bandung project.
This project was chosen because it is located in a strategic area with a still considerable land bank and consumer demand that continues to grow every year. Even now, the Podomoro Park Bandung area has become one of the landmarks of Bandung Regency.
"Alongside Shimizu Corporation, we will introduce a residence with an iconic Japanese cultural touch that aligns with the current lifestyle trends of young people. We believe that the innovation carried out by Agung Podomoro will further strengthen Podomoro Park Bandung as a residence full of value with maximum comfort," added Bacelius Ruru.
