Attorney General, ST Burhanuddin, in his latest decision on Friday (7/4/2025), rotated 80 officials within the Attorney General's Office.
Some of the assistants were also transferred. One of them is for the position of Director of Investigation at the Chief Prosecutor's Office for Special Criminal Offenses (Dirdik Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office.
The position of Dirdik Jampidsus Kejagung is currently held by Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo.
Nurcahyo replaced the previous official, Abdul Qohar, who was transferred to serve as the Chief of the High Prosecutor's Office of Southeast Sulawesi.
Both were rotated together with other officials, including Harli Siregar, Director of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, who was rotated to become Chief of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati Sumut).
The position of Spokesperson of the Attorney General's Office left by Harli Siregar was filled by Anang Supriatna, who previously served as Deputy Head of the East Sulawesi District Attorney's Office.

Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo is a senior Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney General's Office.

Before being appointed as Dirdik Jampidsus, Nurcahyo held the position of Special Assistant to the Chief Prosecutor.
Previously, Nurcahyo had served as Coordinator in the Office of the Chief Prosecutor for Special Criminal Offenses.
She also served as Director of Information Technology and Intelligence Production at the Office of the Chief Prosecutor for Intelligence.
Other positions held by Nurcahyo include the Deputy Chief of the District Attorney's Office in North Sulawesi.
Appointed to a new position as Dirdik Jampidsus, Nurcahyo will become the successor of Kuntadi and Abdul Qohar, two previous officials who successfully uncovered several major corruption cases in Indonesia.
The Deputy Public Prosecutor for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) is an assisting component of the leadership in carrying out the duties and authorities of the Attorney General's Office in the field of special crimes, and is responsible to the Chief Public Prosecutor.
The Jampidsus is led by an investigation director. One of its members is the Deputy Public Prosecutor for Special Criminal Offenses, Febrie Adriansyah, who has uncovered many major corruption cases, including the Rp 300 trillion tin trade corruption case.

1. The Case of Tom Lembong
The case handled by Abdul Qohar is suspected sugar importation corruption at the Ministry of Trade, involving former minister Thomas Trikasih Lembong or Tom Lembong.
Abdul Qohar announced the designation of Tom Lembong as a suspect in the sugar import case on October 29, 2024.
This decision also includes another suspect, the Director of Business Development at PT PPI, whose initials are CS or Charles Sitorus.
In that case, the country is estimated to have suffered a loss of Rp 578 billion. Now the case is still being processed in the Jakarta Corruption Court.
In this case, Tom Lembong was sentenced to 7 years in prison and must pay a fine of Rp 750 million, with a subsidiary of 6 months imprisonment if he cannot pay the fine.
2. Case Broker Zarof Ricar
Abdul Qohar also revealed the case of bribery in the Ronald Tannur case within the judicial environment.
In that case, three judges from the Surabaya District Court and a lawyer were arrested, and on October 23, 2024, the Attorney General's Office conducted searches at several locations related to the case.
From the arrest, the case broker Zarof Ricar, who was a former high court official, was finally revealed.
The fantastic part of this case is the discovery of evidence of money in various currencies worth almost Rp 920 billion and 51 kilograms of gold in Zarof Ricar's safe.

Next, Abdul Qohar handled the case of crude oil corruption at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, causing state losses amounting to Rp 193.7 trillion.
In this case, the Attorney General's Office has determined 7 suspects, including Rivai Siahaan, CEO of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga; Sani Dinar Saifuddin, Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization at PT Kilang Pertamina International; Agus Purwono, Vice President (VP) of Feedstock at PT Kilang Pertamina International; Yoki Firnandi, CEO of PT Pertamina International Shipping; Muhammad Keery Andrianto Riza, beneficiary of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa; Dimas Werhaspati, Commissioner of PT Khatulistiwa and PT Jenggala Maritim; and Gading Ramadan Joede, Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim and PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
4. Case of Bribery in Sentence Release of CPO
Abdul Qohar also revealed the case of bribery for acquittal or release of three corporate defendants in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export.
In this case of bribery in this judicial institution, four judges, including the Chief Judge of South Jakarta District Court Muhammad Arif Nuryanto, became suspects.
Not only judges, clerks, lawyers, and private parties from Wilmar Group are also suspects.
In its development, the prosecutor found the existence of a crime of obstructing the investigation.
The suspect was announced directly by Abdul Qohar on April 12, 2025. The total bribe reached Rp 60 billion.
