Status Harnojoyo as a suspect from the South Sumatra Attorney's Office has been imposed on this former mayor of Palembang for two terms since Monday (7/7/2025).

3. Raimar Yousnaidi alias RY

Suspect Raimar Yousnaidi has been detained for 20 days at the Class I A Pakjo Palembang Detention Center.

Basyaruddin Akhmad responded to the summons from the Pidsus Division Investigator of Sumsel Prosecutor's Office, wearing a blue batik shirt.

The witness called is SB, Head of the Public Works and Housing Agency (PUCK) in 2015-2017.

3. Leaders of PD Pasar Palembang Jaya
The Anti-Corruption Division of the South Sumatra Attorney's Office once again summoned several witnesses in the case of alleged corruption and deviation in the implementation of the Cinde Market construction project from 2016 to 2018, after it escalated to the investigation stage, on Friday (7/21/2023).
Because the Public Prosecutor's Office of South Sumatra stated that for the Palembang Cinde Market case, today's scheduled witness examination involves two people, one is present and one is not yet present.
"AB, the witness present, as the Chief Recruiter of PD Pasar Palembang Jaya in 2015. Then the witness who did not appear is Z, as a Technical Staff at the Dinas PUCK and Housing City of Palembang," said Vanny, Thursday (10/8/2023).

"Among them are HE, the Director of Administration and Finance of PD Pasar Palembang Jaya, then MW, Head of SDM PD Pasar Palembang Jaya. Then, lastly, there is HMI, the Head of Subbid PD Pasar Palembang Jaya," said Vanny, Monday.
According to him, the three of them were examined as witnesses in the course of a general investigation to strengthen the evidence in the matter of the investigation into the alleged corruption in the construction of Cinde Palembang Market.
4. Former Director of the City Revenue Agency of Palembang
"Head of the Local Revenue Office (Dispenda) of Palembang City in 2017-2018, SR, attended the summons from the investigator prosecutor of Pidsus Kejati Sumsel," said Vanny Yulia Eka Sari, Wednesday (23/8/2023).

5. Chairman of PT MBA
Vanny explained that from PT MBA a while ago, three witnesses who are senior officials at PT MBA were examined.
"Among them are MFT as the Director of Magna Beatum, ALT as a Commissioner of PT Magna Beatum, and RY as the Representative of the Head of PT Magna Beatum," he explained.
6. Former Director of Culture and Tourism of Palembang City
"The case of Pasar Cinde, the witness one (1) person named ST, who served as Head of the City Cultural Office of Palembang from 2012 to 2018," said Vanny Yulia Eka Sari SH MH, the Legal Information Officer (Penkum) of the South Sumatra Attorney General's Office.
7. Former Head of BPKAD Palembang
