The widely shared document states that Agustina Hastarini will visit at least six countries in Europe. The visit is mentioned as part of a cultural mission activity.
Agustina Hastarini is scheduled to visit from June 30 to July 14, 2025, or for a 14-day visit. Among the total seven cities in Europe she will visit are Istanbul, Sofia, Bern, Paris, Rome, and The Hague.
The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, through this letter, requests the embassy and consulate teams in each country visited to provide accompaniment for Agustina Hastarini and her delegation during this journey.
Figure of Secretary General Arif Rahman Hakim
In the official letter from the state institution's letterhead, the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, it is signed by an I-level official, namely the Secretary General of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Arif Rahman Hakim.
" In line with this, we request the support of the Indonesian Embassy in Sofia, Brussels, Paris, Bern, Rome and The Hague as well as the General Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia in Istanbul during the implementation of the agenda, namely accompanying the minister's wife along with her delegation during the course of the activities. ," wrote Arif Rahman Hakim in the letter.
Just to be known, Arif Rahman Hakim is a senior bureaucrat in the government. Before becoming Secretary General of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), he previously held an I-level position in the Ministry of Cooperatives and UMKM (before it was split).
In addition to being a public official, Arif Rahman Hakim is also recorded as the Chairman of PT Permondalan Nasional Madani (Persero) or PNM, a state-owned credit company targeting the micro and SME sector.
Quoting the official website PNM, This 57-year-old man is an alumnus of the Industrial Engineering Department at ITB in 1990. After graduating, he joined as a civil servant at Bappenas.
In between being a bureaucrat, he then continued his S2 in Public Economic Policy at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, United States in 1999.
His name once held several senior positions at Bappenas, such as Head of the Price and Economic Institution Analysis Section at Bappenas (2001-2002).
From Bappenas, Arif Rahman Hakim then transferred to another agency. He joined the Government Procurement Policy Agency or LKPP. His name became Director of Professional Certification Development, Directorate of Professional Certification Development at LKPP (2008-2012).
Before joining the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises during the era of Minister Teten Masduki and Budi Arie Setiadi, he once served as Secretary General of the General Election Commission (KPU).
Outside the government organization, he is also recorded as Vice Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Organization, Institution, and Digitization Division of the DPP Indonesian Procurement Experts Association (IAPI), as seen from the official IAPI website.
While quoted from Antara, Arif Rahman Hakim is also serving as the Chairman of the Forum Sekretaris (Forses) of the Ministry/Institution (K/L), a communication forum among Secretaries General in more than 80 government agencies.
