A young lady who had turned to prayer and fasting in the hope of changing her cheating husband's waywardness has opened up about his other relationships.
Brenda Wawire was stunned to discover she was not the only woman in her man's life, a revelation she made during the emotional ceremony.
She was even more heartbroken when she found out she was not the only wife with a child by the man.

Speaking to Best for you.co.ke, Wawire said she learned the bitter truth while attending her husband's sister's burial.
"My sister asked me how I had lived with the man for a whole year without knowing his rural home, his parents, or whether he had another wife and kids. I told her I wasn't interested in going to his rural home.
But she insisted that we should attend his sister's wake so I could finally see what kind of person I had been living with. I brushed her off at first, but she kept insisting. Eventually, I gave in and travelled with her to his rural home as burial preparations were underway," the 28-year-old narrated.
As they approached the man's homestead, Wawire said her husband was seated where he could see them arriving.
Wawire meets her in-laws for the first time
She noted that there was no excitement on his face, he didn’t even come to greet or welcome them.
"Since I was going to meet my in-laws, I expected a warm welcome. But there was nothing of the sort. We just walked into the homestead and went straight to view the body."
During the burial, Wawire overheard people talking about her husband, claiming he had several wives and many children.
"When I heard that, I felt my blood pressure rise. I decided to pretend I hadn’t heard anything, but then another group of women started discussing the same thing," she recalled.
How was Wawire introduced by her husband?
After the burial, she was invited to her husband's house alongside other guests, though she was there in the capacity of a wife.
However, when it was time for introductions, Wawire said she was only introduced as "the mother of my child", and nothing more.
"It was already too much for me. I knew there was nothing here, no future whatsoever. I didn’t want to stay any longer, so I left later that evening to go visit my mum. It was disgusting," she said.
