In his statement after the meeting, he delivered a sharp message to the Indonesian public, especially users of skincare products.
It is known in today's court session, the Court decided to reject the objection or protest submitted by Nikita Mirzani.
Nevertheless, Nikita Mirzani appeared calm and thanked the authorities.
She sincerely accepts the punishment she has undergone.
"Yes, I wanted to say thank you to Polda Metro Jaya. I have already accepted it because I was detained for 3 months," said Nikita Mirzani, quoted from YouTube Sambel Lalap, Tuesday (87/2025).
As the defendant, the mother of three children expressed gratitude for being given the authority to read the witness's statement.
According to him, the statements made by the opposing side contain many lies.
Nikita as the defendant is grateful that there is authority given to have the freedom to read the statements of the opposing witnesses.
"Dan it's enough to laugh, funny, most of them are lies but they can be proven in front of everyone later," said Nikita Mirzani.
Furthermore, the woman who is often called Nyai conveys a lesson or message from the case she is currently facing, which is skincare issues.
Nikita hopes that the Indonesian people become smarter in choosing the skincare products they buy.
"Niki also wants to say, this is already a skincare issue, hopefully the Indonesian people have also become smarter in choosing and buying skincare products for their face," hopes Nikita Mirzani.
"Because the face is an investment," he emphasized.
In addition, Niki also warned the Indonesian people not to buy skincare products just because they are following the trend.
Or maybe interested in buying because they know the owner is a doctor.
"Don't buy because of FOMO, don't buy because he has a doctorate. So you believe because of the title, doctors can be easily bought," Niki emphasized.
The ex-girlfriend of Matthew Gilbert also stated that she does not harm the Indonesian people.
"I am not harming the Indonesian people. Later, it will be seen in court who the real criminal is that has harmed the Indonesian people," he said.
As known, Nikita is charged with threatening and blackmailing together with her assistant Ismail Marzuki alias Mail Syahputra against doctor Reza Gladis Prettyanisari.
Reza paid 4 billion rupiah to Nikita Mirzani to keep her quiet after she mocked the skincare product of the skincare boss. As a result, Reza suffered a loss of 4 billion rupiah and his credibility as a doctor was destroyed.
Nikita and Mail are charged under Article 45 paragraph 10 letter A, for Article 27B paragraph (2) of Law No. 11 of 2008 on the Electronic Information and Transactions Law with Law No. 1 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions Jo Article 55 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Criminal Code.
In addition, they were also charged under the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act by transferring the money obtained from extortion.
