In its latest decision signed on Friday, July 4, 2025, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin rotated at least 80 officials within the attorney's office, including several key officials in strategic positions.
One of the important positions that has undergone a change is the Director of Investigation at the Office of the Deputy Public Prosecutor for Special Criminal Offenses (Dirdik Jampidsus).
The position is now entrusted to Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo, replacing Abdul Qohar, who has been transferred to become the Chief of the High Prosecutor's Office in Central Sulawesi.
Besides the position of Dirdik Jampidsus, the rotation also touched the position of Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office.
Harli Siregar, who previously served as Kapuspenkum, is now appointed as the Chief of the High Prosecutor's Office of North Sumatra (Kajati Sumut).
Meanwhile, the position he left was filled by Anang Supriatna, who previously served as Deputy Chief of the Southeast Sulawesi Prosecutor's Office.
All the position changes are stated in the Chief Prosecutor's Decree Number 352 and 353 of 2025, dated July 4, 2025.

Nama Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo may not be widely known to the public, but within the Attorney General's Office, he is a senior figure with a long track record.
Although information about Nurcahyo's personal life, family, and educational background is not widely published, his career demonstrates consistency and extensive experience in various strategic fields of the prosecutor's office.
Before being appointed as Dirdik Jampidsus, he served as a Special Assistant to the Attorney General.
Previously, he also served as Coordinator in the Office of the Deputy Public Prosecutor for Special Criminal Offenses, as well as Director of Information Technology and Intelligence Production under the Office of the Deputy Public Prosecutor for Intelligence.
In addition, he once held the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of North Sulawesi.
With his new position as Director of Investigation at Jampidsus, Nurcahyo will continue the legacy of two previous figures: Kuntadi and Abdul Qohar, who are widely known for their success in uncovering several major corruption cases in Indonesia.
Strategic Role of Dirdik Jampidsus
The position of Director of Investigation under the Chief Prosecutor for Special Criminal Offenses (Jampidsus) is one of the most strategic positions within the Attorney General's Office.
This unit serves as the backbone in handling various corruption crimes and other extraordinary offenses.
The Jampidsus directly operates under the supervision of the Attorney General, with primary responsibility in the field of law enforcement against specific crimes.
One important figure in Jampidsus now is the Chief Prosecutor for Special Criminal Offenses, Febrie Adriansyah.
Under his leadership, Jampidsus has successfully uncovered various major cases, including a mega corruption scandal in the tin trade, estimated to have caused losses of up to Rp300 trillion to the country.
The case began to be investigated when Dirdik Jampidsus was still held by Kuntadi, and was later continued by Abdul Qohar.

Before becoming the Director of Investigation at Jampidsus Kejagung, Abdul Qohar held the position of Director of Prosecution at the Chief Prosecutor's Office for Special Criminal Offenses at the Attorney General's Office.

Abdul Qohar is known to have started serving as Dirdik Jampidsus Kejagung from August 29, 2024.
In 11 months of serving as Dirdik Jampidsus Kejagung, he has handled many major cases, including the Tom Lembong case and two bribery cases in the judicial institution.
1. The Case of Tom Lembong
The case handled by Abdul Qohar is the suspected sugar importation corruption at the Ministry of Trade, involving former minister Thomas Trikasih Lembong, or Tom Lembong.
Abdul Qohar announced the designation of Tom Lembong as a suspect in the sugar import case on October 29, 2024.
This decision also includes another suspect, the Director of Business Development at PT PPI, whose initials are CS or Charles Sitorus.
In that case, the country is estimated to have suffered a loss of Rp 578 billion. Now the case is still being processed in the Jakarta Corruption Court.
In this case, Tom Lembong was sentenced to 7 years in prison and must pay a fine of Rp 750 million, with a subsidiary of 6 months imprisonment if he cannot pay the fine.
2. Case Broker Zarof Ricar
Abdul Qohar also revealed the bribery case of Ronald Tannur in the judicial environment.
In that case, three judges from the Surabaya District Court and a lawyer were arrested, and on October 23, 2024, the Attorney General's Office conducted searches at several locations related to the case.
From the arrest, the case of Zarof Ricar's broker was finally revealed, who is a former high court official.
The fantastic part of this case is the discovery of evidence of money in various currencies worth almost Rp 920 billion and 51 kilograms of gold in Zarof Ricar's safe.
In this case, all the suspects have already received their sentences, including Zarof Ricar, who was sentenced to 16 years in prison.
3. Crude Oil Corruption Case
Next, Abdul Qohar handled the case of crude oil corruption at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, causing state losses amounting to Rp 193.7 trillion.
In this case, the Attorney General's Office has determined 7 suspects, including Rivai Siahaan, CEO of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga; Sani Dinar Saifuddin, Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization at PT Kilang Pertamina International; Agus Purwono, Vice President (VP) of Feedstock at PT Kilang Pertamina International; Yoki Firnandi, CEO of PT Pertamina International Shipping; Muhammad Keery Andrianto Riza, beneficiary of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa; Dimas Werhaspati, Commissioner of PT Khatulistiwa and PT Jenggala Maritim; and Gading Ramadan Joede, Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim and PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
4. Case of Bribery in Sentence Release of CPO
Abdul Qohar also revealed the case of bribery for acquittal or release of three corporate defendants in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export.
In this case of bribery in this court, four judges, including the Chief Judge of South Jakarta Court Muhammad Arif Nuryanto, have become suspects.
Not only judges, clerks, lawyers, and private parties from the Wilmar Group are also suspects.
In its development, the prosecutor found the existence of a crime of obstructing the investigation.
The suspect was announced directly by Abdul Qohar on April 12, 2025. The total bribe reached Rp 60 billion.
