Best for you.CO.ID - JAKARTA . The 2025 Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) worth Rp 600,000 can already be withdrawn through Pos Indonesia starting July 3, 2025. Eligible workers or laborers who have passed verification can collect the Rp 600,000 BSU funds at Pos Indonesia offices throughout Indonesia.
The distribution of BSU at the Post Office is aimed at reaching approximately 8.7 million workers out of a total target of 17 million people across Indonesia. The withdrawal of BSU funds at the Post Office can reach even remote areas, as Post Office branches are available in more than 4,000 locations throughout Indonesia.
"Pos Indonesia is accustomed to distributing government aid, such as this BSU, because for distribution at the Post Office, it is available throughout all sub-districts. Especially in big cities," said M. Yusuf Setiawan, from the BSU Task Force 2025 of Jakarta Post Office, in a statement.
Considering the large number of workers who will collect the BSU funds at the Post Office, the staff have prepared a distribution scheme to prevent long queues and maintain a conducive environment. "For the 2025 BSU distribution, we have learned from previous experiences. Here, we have prepared special counters for distribution," said Yusuf.
He added, based on the experience of distributing BSU, the enthusiasm of recipients is usually overwhelming. "When it's overwhelming, we prepare special counters. Here, these counters are specifically for handling BSU payments without being mixed with other counters. So, here one staff member can possibly complete a payment in less than a minute," said Yusuf.
In addition to providing a special counter for BSU disbursement at the Post Office, it also offers an alternative method of BSU distribution, which is direct fund transfer through the employer's company to the recipient, using the Pos Giro Cash application in areas with limited internet connection. In addition, there is a delivery service by Post Office staff for recipients with physical limitations or who are unable to come directly to the Post Office.
"We from the Post Office provide alternative payment options. The first option is that the recipient can come directly to the Post Office throughout Indonesia. All branches can receive it, including on Saturdays and Sundays," said Yusuf.
Second alternative, the Post Office will later communicate with each recipient's company to arrange the payment schedule. Therefore, the Post Office staff will come to each company to deliver the packages there. "Whenever the company is ready, we will come there, and be present there. Thus, production at the office, at that company can continue, and payments can also be carried out," said Yusuf.
Yusuf explained that the allocation at Jakarta Barat Post Office received payments for 100,275 BSU recipients. "Up to yesterday, Saturday (7/5), we have distributed approximately 13,000. Our achievement by Sunday (7/6) reached 16%. Today, it might be around 3,000. As you could see earlier, from the crowd, we have already completed around 2,000 recipients," he said.
As of Tuesday, July 8, 2025, the data entered into the PosIND dashboard from Jakarta Oceania Post Office has been distributed to 33,167 BSU recipients out of a total of 127,024 BSU recipients. The allocation in the Jakarta Oceania area has increased, having previously been allocated to 100,275 BSU recipients.
This addition occurred because, in total, there was a new allocation of approximately 800,000 BSU recipients from the Ministry of Manpower. In total, the distribution of BSU through the Post Office previously reached 3,702,412 BSU recipients. With the addition of the BSU recipient allocation, the total distribution allocation became 44,558,421 BSU recipients.
Of the total amount, the BSU fund distribution from the total has been disbursed to 1,253,921 recipients or 27.51%.
Conditions for Withdrawing BSU at the Post Office
Before cashing out the 2025 BSU funds at Kantorpos, there are several requirements that must be met, namely:
- Bring original ID card and original family card (KK) copy
- Bring a copy of the QR code or barcode in the Pospay app or the notice as a recipient of the BSU disbursed through Kantorpos
- The disbursement of BSU at Kantorpos cannot be done by proxy, it can only be done directly by the recipient.
How to Withdraw BSU at Kantorpos
Next, BSU recipients can easily withdraw the BSU at Kantopos counters with the following process or method:
- Bring the documents required for BSU disbursement to the Post Office
- Take a queue number for BSU fund disbursement service
- Officers verify documents and identity
- After passing verification, the BSU funds will be given in cash or through Giro Post delivery.
Some 2025 BSU recipients who collected their BSU at Afif Syaifullah's Post Office said they intentionally came on Sunday because they were off work. "I usually work on regular days. I just have time to collect it at the Post Office on Sundays. It's easy to collect the BSU funds at the Post Office. I check the JMO application, and there is the BSU at the bottom corner. I clicked there, entered my NIK number and address. Then there is verification. It's convenient, easy. You can also do it through Pospay. If you do it through Pospay, you just need to enter your KTP data, then take a photo. Then we get a barcode," he said.
Afif said the service at the Post Office is quite satisfactory. Besides being convenient, the staff is also prompt and friendly. The queue is also orderly. He hopes that this kind of service will be maintained, and if possible, become even better.
Other BSU recipients, Ihsan, had the same experience when withdrawing BSU funds at the Post Office. Staff patiently provided information and guided him through the steps to withdraw the BSU. "I was directly asked to create a Pospay account, enter my KTP number to get a barcode, then go directly to the counter. I came to the Post Office near my workplace. The service was very good, I was directed to the counter, and the atmosphere was also very nice. Basically, it's great, awesome!" said Ihsan.
Other BSU recipients who also cashed their BSU funds on Sunday were Arianto Telembanua. He said he works at PETA Hero Group Indonesia. "Before coming here, yesterday I saw on TikTok that BSU can be checked on Pospay. I tried checking on Pospay. It turned out I was eligible. So today I came here to withdraw the BSU," said Arianto.
"I hope in the future I can still receive this help again," he said.
Other BSU recipients, Julita Sinaga, a worker from PT Rajaya, also successfully cashed out the 2025 BSU funds that were her right. Julita chose to collect the funds at Kantorpos.
"I got the information about this subsidy help from TikTok and it can be collected at Pos Indonesia, because I don't have a bank account yet, so I had to collect it at the Post Office. It's easy. First, we need to download the Pospay app. Then follow the steps. Then get a barcode. After that, log in. Finally, I went to the Post Office on Sunday. I work from Monday to Saturday. The only free time I have is on Sundays. Thank God the Post Office is open on Sundays," said Julita.
