"Previously, during the first instance decision at the Jakarta South Religious Court, the child was given 2 weeks with Baim Wong, and 2 weeks with the defendant (Paula)," said Fahmi, quoted by Tribunnews from the YouTube channel Intens Investigasi, on Wednesday (25/6/2025).
However, the decision changed after Baim Wong's party filed an appeal.
Fahmi said that the court assessed the defendant as unfit to obtain child custody.
"In this decision, it is corrected because it is considered unsuitable for the child's custody," said Fahmi.
She also stated that Paula's continuous reporting to various parties influenced the judge's considerations.
Previously, at the first court level in South Jakarta, he was already given the right, given by Baim for 2 weeks.
