His agile and confident movements on the fast-moving boat have amazed many people, even those abroad.
It's surprising, the Riau Provincial Government invited him specially to give appreciation.
However, who would have thought that Dika's journey as a dancer in Pacu Jalur was not something instant.
She started it at the age of 9.
"I have been Coki's son for two years. Since I was 9 years old," he said.
In the Pacu Jalur tradition, Anak Coki is a dancer who stands at the end of the boat and sways their body when the boat is rowed.
They are the main attractions that enliven the competition, as well as the guardians of the team's spirit.
Although it looks agile, this role is actually very challenging.
"What is difficult when dancing on that boat is balancing the body. I learned it by myself, self-taught," said Dika.
Behind his fame, Dika remains a simple child.
When asked about his future, he answered naively yet full of hope.
"Going forward, I will continue this. The ambition is certainly to become a soldier, and if possible, also a Governor," he said with a small laugh.
Riau Governor, Abdul Wahid, also praised Dika's dedication to preserving local culture.
She refers to Dika as a symbol of her life's tradition among the younger generation, and gives awards and educational scholarships as a form of appreciation.
"Today, almost everyone has realized that traditions and culture are very developed in Riau, especially Pacu Jalur. Well, therefore, I gave appreciation to Dika earlier," said the Governor.
Dika's journey may have just begun, but his movements on the boat have brought a unique pride to Riau and become an inspiration for other children to love their own culture.

When appearing, Rayyan wore a black Teluk Belanga suit, a traditional Riau Malay tanjak, and sunglasses.
She dances spontaneously, following the rhythm and spirit of her team which is currently leading.
"It was spontaneous. There was no studying or practicing," he said.
Rayyan feels very proud because the tradition he loves is now widely known by the world community.
"Alhamdulillah, very proud and grateful that Pacu Jalur Kuansing is becoming more widely known," he said, accompanied by his mother, Rani.
Becoming Togak Luan has been Rayyan's desire since childhood.
She is accustomed to swimming and rowing a boat in the Kuantan River, two essential requirements for being a dancer at the end of the line.
Balance and swimming ability are important skills.
"Mom often takes me to Pacu Jalur, so I got interested," he said.
Ayah Rayyan was a former participant of Pacu Jalur from the Jalur Tuah Koghi Dubalang Ghajo team, while his older brother once became Togak Luan.
Rayyan has been a Togak Luan in his father's team for two years.
Now, she is in fifth grade of elementary school, and has a dream to become an Indonesian National Army (TNI) member.
The viral dance phenomenon of Rayyan made his mother, Rani, receive many calls from within and outside the country.
"Many people have called me. Some are from England, also Dubai, they asked for a live stream. I agreed," he concluded.
