The Habema Coops Forces were forced to shoot dead the Commander of the Kodap VIII Battalion, Soanggama Intan Jaya Papua Tengah, Enos Tipagau.
Commander of the Operational Command (Pangkoos) Habema, Major General Lucky Avianto stated that Enos Tipagau was shot dead because he resisted and attacked when being arrested by Koops Habema from his hiding place.
"Correct, this morning around 07.16 WIT, we had to take strict and measured action against him, because the main suspect in various human rights crimes in Papua resisted and attacked TNI soldiers when they were trying to arrest him from his hiding place in Baitapa Village, Intan Jaya Regency," said Lucky, Sunday (5/7/2025).

Anti-Corruption Commission's investigators ( KPK ) also conducted a search at the private residence of the Acting (Plt) Head of the Public Works and Housing Office (Dinas PUPR) of Mandailing Natal, Elpianti Harahap, in Panyubungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency (Madina), North Sumatra, on Friday (4/7/2025).
The raid is suspected to be related to the Corruption Court (OTT KPK) operation in Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra, involving alleged corruption in road construction projects. The KPK team arrived using three minibuses and conducted the raid since around 16:00 WIB.
