The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) announced the final results of the PPPK recruitment selection for non-ASN applicants who are actively working at Kemenag in the 2024 fiscal year. More than 17,000 applicants were declared to have passed the PPPK selection after going through a series of selection stages.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Kamaruddin Amin, who is also the Chairman of the Selection Committee, stated that there are two categories of PPPK participants for non-ASN applicants who are actively working in the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2024, namely: health workers (nakes) and technical staff. There are 189 nakes participants, and 145 applicants passed. Meanwhile, for technical participants, there are 21,469 applicants, and 17,009 people passed.
"Out of 21,658 participants, today we announce that 17,154 have passed the PPPK selection, consisting of 17,009 technical participants and 145 health workers," said Kamaruddin Amin in Jakarta, Monday (6/30/2025).
How to Check the PPPK 2024 Phase 2 Announcement

- Open the official SSCASN page at the address https://sscasn.bkn.go.id
- Click on the 'Login' menu.
- Log in to your SSCASN account using the NIK and password that you have previously registered.
- Then enter the captcha and click the 'Login' button.
- Next, the system will display the registration resume page.
- Check the menu that displays the selection competency graduation information.
- If declared passed, download and print the available documents as proof of passing.
- Participants who are declared passed must pay attention to the subsequent stages, including filling out the DRH NI PPPK and the process of proposing the PPPK number.

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs requests that candidates who have been declared as successful in the selection submit their complete documents electronically through their respective accounts on the website. https://sscasn.bkn.go.id . "This selection process is free of charge, the applicant's success is an achievement and result of their own work. If there are parties who promise approval for any reason, whether from the Ministry of Religious Affairs employees or from other parties, then this is a fraudulent act," said Kamaruddin Amin.
"Participants' ability to read and understand the announcement is the responsibility of the participants," he continued.
Head of the Human Resources Bureau at the Secretariat of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Wawan Djunaedi, added that there are several documents that participants must upload, namely:
a. Recent passport-sized photo wearing formal attire with a red background;
b. Original diploma, or for graduates from foreign universities, has obtained a decision of diploma equivalence from the relevant ministry;
c. Original transcript of grades, or for graduates from foreign universities, attach the transcript of grades and the decision letter on the conversion of the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from the relevant ministry;
d. DRH printout / printed output from the page https://sscasn.bkn.go.id which is written in the name, place of birth, and date of birth by hand using capital/block letters with black ink, has been signed by the participant themselves and affixed with a 10,000 stamp;
e. Statement Letter 5 (five) points that have been signed by the participant themselves and stamped with a 10,000 stamp according to the format attached to this announcement;
f. Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) issued by the Indonesian National Police and still valid at the time of filling out the DRH;
g. Health Certificate of Physical and Mental Fitness from a Civil Servant Doctor or a Doctor working in a Government Health Service Unit (preferably using the Health Service Facilities in the Ministry of Religion) issued and determined at least in July 2025; and
h. Letter of Statement that no narcotics, psychotropic substances, precursors, and other addictive substances are consumed/used, signed by a Doctor from a Government Health Service Unit or by an authorized Official from the Agency/Institution granted authority for drug testing, which is made and established at least by July 2025.
"Unless the candidates who have been declared passed the selection fill out the DRH and/or are unable to meet/complete the required documents by the specified deadline, the relevant person will be considered as not meeting the requirements and/or considered to have withdrawn," he explained.
If there are participants who have been declared passed but choose to withdraw, said Wawan Djunaedi, they must create and upload a resignation letter that has been signed by themselves and stamped with a 10,000 stamp. Thus, the position requirement can be filled or replaced by the next participant in line for the same position according to the applicable regulations. The replacement participant will be called through an announcement and will be informed subsequently.
"If a participant who has been declared as passed the final stage of the PPPK selection and/or has obtained the approval of the PPPK number then withdraws, the person concerned will be sanctioned and prohibited from applying for the next ASN recruitment for 2 (two) fiscal years," said Wawan.
Described by Wawan Djunaedi, those who are declared passed must be ready to accept all consequences from the applicable regulations. For participants who provide false/inaccurate information or violate the rules during registration, document submission, and after being appointed as PPPK, the Government Personnel Officer of the Ministry of Religion has the right to cancel their passing and terminate their status as PPPK.
"Decision of the PPPK Selection Committee of the Ministry of Religion for the 2024 fiscal year is final and cannot be disputed," he emphasized.

The provisions regarding the 2025 PPPK salary are still the same as in 2024. The 2025 PPPK salary is regulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 11 of 2024, which is a revision of Perpres No. 98 of 2020 concerning the salary and allowances of Government Employees with a Work Agreement (PPPK).
The salary of PPPK is determined based on the grade and length of service.
