Ade stated that the client's current condition is mentally stressed.

"They feel ashamed because of what their mistake was? Because the one who asked to be sued was their first grandchild, not them," he said.
Grandfather Sues Grandson
Ade recounted that this matter first came up after Zaki's father passed away.
From there arose the concern that their mother would remarry and live in the house.
Until the end, the grandfather and grandmother gave a condition to their mother: if she were to remarry, she had to leave the house. It turned out that this became the beginning of family tension.
Mediation was carried out repeatedly to reconcile them. At that time, Heryatno agreed to vacate the house they lived in and signed a statement on March 18, 2025.
This grandfather and grandmother also feel uneasy; they prepared a compensation amount of Rp 100 million, but the amount was not approved by their first grandchild. According to Ade, their grandson requested that the compensation must be Rp 350 million.
It is still being told by Ade, this grandfather-grandchild relationship is actually very good, even though his status is that of a stepfather to Suparto, who is the second father of the child, but Kadi very much loves their small family.
Kadi has always supported Suparto in any way, including in building a business. Not only that, Kadi and Narti even took care of Heryatno, their grandson when he was still a child.
On the other hand, it is reported that Ade, these grandparents actually do not own a house. The house they are currently living in stands on PU land that can be demolished at any time.
The only land they have is the one currently in dispute. The grandparents initially did not mind if their grandchildren lived there.

According to the legal authority of Kadi and Narti, Saprudin added, the disputed land has an area of 162 square meters.
The land belongs to Kadi and Narti according to the Land Ownership Certificate (SHM) number 402 with the names Kadi and Narti.
Saprudin stated that the land was bought by his client in 2008 for Rp 50 million, that money was pure money from them.
"Buys in 2008, the certificate became 2010 using her own name," he said.
The land was then allowed by the Kadi to be occupied by Suparto's son and his family. There, the late Suparto built a house and opened a grilled fish business.
"Then, in building the house, these grandparents also contributed, like for the windows, and other things, after all, they are parents," he said.
