Best for you , JAKARTA — Indonesia Stock Exchange recorded the issuance of bonds and sukuk by seven companies with a total value reaching Rp9.58 trillion.
Corporate debt recording was carried out simultaneously on Monday (7/7/2025). After that, the total emissions of bonds and sukuk recorded at BEI throughout the 2025 fiscal year reached 85 emissions from 52 issuers worth Rp88.86 trillion.
More specifically, the seven companies that recorded bond and sukuk emissions today come from the real sector and financial sector.
First , PT Bank Victoria International Tbk. (BVIC) issued the IV Bank Victoria Sustainable Bonds Stage I Year 2025 (BVIC04CN1) with a nominal value of Rp750 billion, an annual interest rate of 9.00%, and a term of 3 years since the issuance date.
Two , PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBNI) recorded Sustainable Bonds ( Sustainability Bond ) BNI Bank Sustainable Phase I 2025 in two series worth a total of Rp5 trillion.
The BNI bonds consist of the Sustainable Bond (Sustainability Bond) BNI Sustainable I Stage I Year 2025 Series A (BBNI01ASLCN1) worth Rp3.5 trillion with an annual interest rate of 6.60% and a term of 3 years, and the Sustainable Bond (Sustainability Bond) BNI Sustainable I Stage I Year 2025 Series B (BBNI01BSLCN1) worth Rp1.5 trillion with an annual interest rate of 6.65% and a term of 5 years.
Third , still from the financial sector, PT Bank Mandiri Taspen issued Sustainable Bonds II Bank Mandiri Taspen Phase I Year 2025 worth Rp1.5 trillion.
Fourth , Sustainable Bonds II KB Bank Phase I Year 2025 and Subordinated Sustainable Bonds IV KB Bank Phase I Year 2025 issued by PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk have started to be listed on BEI.
Sustainability Bonds II KB Bank Phase I 2025 (BBKP02CN1) is listed with a nominal value of Rp136.01 billion, an annual interest rate of 6.80%, and a term of 3 years.
Five , PT Astra Sedaya Finance issued the VII Astra Sedaya Finance Sustainable Bonds Phase I 2025 worth Rp999.98 billion.
Sixth , BEI recorded the Sustainable Bonds II Sampoerna Agro Phase I 2025 and the Sustainable Ijarah Sukuk II Sampoerna Agro Phase I 2025 issued by PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk. (SGRO).
Sampoerna Agro Sustainable Bonds II Phase I 2025 worth Rp75 billion and Sampoerna Agro Sustainable Ijarah Sukuk II Phase I 2025 worth Rp125 billion.
Finally, BEI recorded the Sustainable Bonds I Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Phase I Year 2025 and the Sustainable Wakalah Sukuk I Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Phase I Year 2025 issued by PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk. (CUAN).
The company owned by Prajogo Pangestu issued the "Sustainability Bonds I Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Phase I 2025" in two series. Series A worth Rp97.5 billion with an annual interest rate of 6.75% and a term of 367 days, and Series B worth Rp552.5 billion with an annual interest rate of 9.00% and a term of 5 years.
Meanwhile, the Sukuk Wakalah Berkelanjutan I Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Phase I Year 2025 consists of Series A worth Rp52.5 billion with a profit-sharing rate equivalent to 6.75% per year and a term of 3 years, as well as Series B worth Rp297.5 billion with a profit-sharing rate equivalent to 9.00% per year, and a term of 5 years.
