PPPQ Salary 2025 - JAKARTA . More than 17,000 applicants passed the Religious Affairs Ministry's (Kemenag) PPPK selection. Candidates who passed must immediately fill out their curriculum vitae (DRH) at the Sscasn.bkn.go.id link. If they pass as a PPPK employee, what salary and allowances will they receive?
The Ministry of Religious Affairs announced the final results of the PPPK recruitment selection for non-ASN applicants who are actively working at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the 2024 fiscal year. More than 17,000 applicants were declared to have passed the PPPK selection after going through a series of stages.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Kamaruddin Amin, who also serves as the Selection Committee Chairperson, stated that there are two categories of PPPK participants for non-ASN applicants currently working at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2024: health workers (nakes) and technical personnel. There were 189 health worker participants, with 145 applicants passing. Meanwhile, for the technical personnel category, there were 21,469 applicants and 17,009 passed.
"Out of 21,658 participants, today we announce that 17,154 have passed the PPPK selection, consisting of 17,009 technical participants and 145 health sector participants," explained Kamaruddin Amin in Jakarta on Monday (June 30, 2025).

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs requests that candidates who have passed the selection submit their complete documents electronically through their respective accounts on the website. https://sscasn.bkn.go.id . The news upload process can be done from July 1 - 31, 2025.
"This selection process does not require any fees; the applicant's success is an achievement and result of their own efforts. If any party promises success regardless of the reason, whether from employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs or other parties, then such action constitutes fraud," emphasized Kamaruddin Amin.
"Any negligence by participants in reading and understanding the announcement is the responsibility of the participant," he continued.
The Head of the Human Resources Bureau at the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Secretariat, Wawan Djunaedi, added that there are several documents that participants must upload, namely:
a. Recent passport photo in formal attire with a red background;
b. Original diploma or, for graduates of foreign universities, a decision letter on diploma equivalence issued by the competent ministry;
c. Original academic transcript, or for graduates of foreign universities, attach the academic transcript and a letter stating the converted Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) result from the competent ministry;
d. Printed output of DRH from the page https://sscasn.bkn.go.id with the sections for name, place of birth, and date of birth handwritten by the participant using capital/block letters in black ink, signed personally by the participant, and affixed with a 10,000 rupiah stamp;
e. A Statement Letter consisting of 5 (five) points, signed personally by the participant and affixed with a 10,000 rupiah stamp, according to the format attached to this announcement;
f. A valid Police Record Certificate (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian/ SKCK) issued by the Indonesian National Police and still valid at the time of completing the DRH;
g. A physical and mental health certificate issued by a civil servant doctor or a doctor working at a government health service unit (preferably using health service facilities under the Ministry of Religious Affairs), which is prepared and issued no later than July 2025; and
h. A certificate stating that the person does not consume or use narcotics, psychotropic substances, precursors, and other addictive substances, signed by a doctor from a Government Health Service Unit or by an authorized official from an agency/institution authorized to conduct drug testing, issued no later than July 2025.
"If by the specified deadline, participants who have passed the selection have not submitted the DRH and/or cannot meet/complete the required documents, they will be considered unqualified and/or deemed to have withdrawn," he explained.
If there is a participant who has been declared as passed, but chooses to resign, said Wawan Djunaedi, he or she must create and upload a resignation letter signed personally and affixed with a 10,000 rupiah stamp. This allows the relevant position to be filled or replaced by the next candidate on the list for the same position according to applicable regulations. The replacement participant will be called through an announcement and informed accordingly.
"If a participant who has been declared to have passed the final stage of the PPPK selection and/or has received approval for a PPPK Identification Number subsequently withdraws, the individual concerned will be sanctioned and prohibited from applying for ASN recruitment for the next two (2) fiscal years of ASN employee procurement," said Wawan.
As explained by Wawan Djunaedi, candidates declared as passed must be willing to accept all consequences according to applicable laws and regulations. For participants who provide false or inaccurate information or violate the provisions during registration, document submission, or after being appointed as PPPK, the Religious Affairs Ministry's Personnel Supervisory Officer has the right to revoke their passing status and terminate their position as PPPK.
"The decision of the PPPK Selection Committee for the Ministry of Religious Affairs for the 2024 Budget Year is final and cannot be contested," he emphasized.

The provisions regarding the 2025 PPPK salary remain the same as in 2024. The 2025 PPPK salary is regulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 11 of 2024, which is a revision of Presidential Regulation Number 98 of 2020 concerning Salaries and Allowances for Government Employees under Employment Contracts (PPPK).
The salary amount for PPPK is determined based on rank and length of service.

- PPPK Salary Grade II (3 years of service): Rp 2,116,900 (previously Rp 1,960,200)

- PPPK Salary Grade IV (3 years of service): Rp 2,299,800 (previously Rp 2,129,500)
- PPPK Salary Grade V (0 years of service): Rp 2,511,500 (previously Rp 2,325,600)
- PPPK Salary Grade VI (3 years of service): Rp 2,742,800 (previously Rp 2,539,700)
